Have these documents on hand before starting the enrollment process. We'll need all the documents before we can process your enrollment, but we're here to help you do it right. Let us know if you hit any snags or have any questions.

For the following school year:
Open enrollment for the following school year takes place for students new to Scholarship Prep in the winter of each year. Additional applicants will be placed on a first-come, first-served basis until all seats are filled.
Applications are now accepted for the 2025-2026 school year. Open enrollment will end on Thursday, December 5, 2024. Should there be more applicants than available seats, a lottery will occur on Friday, December 6, 2024.
Families of applicants will be notified of lottery results through email or text, depending on your preferred method of communication.
Additional applicants will be placed on a first-come, first-served basis until all seats are filled.
Yes.
Enrollment continues after the Open Enrollment Lottery period, through the start of the school year.
If open seats remain after the Open Enrollment Lottery period, Scholarship Prep will continue to accept applications until all seats are filled.
If more enrollment forms from potential students are submitted than the number of spaces available at each grade level at the close of open enrollment, the school will conduct a random public lottery.
We will mail, call and/or e-mail each family to confirm their child's acceptance until all available seats are filled. It is possible to be placed on the waitlist and then called from the waitlist later in the year.
In order to ensure that your child is fully enrolled, you are required to complete any necessary paperwork by the deadlines set by the school. This will include:
However, application documents may not be necessary for foster/homeless youth. Please reach out to us for help if you are applying for a foster child or a child with an unstable living situation. We're here to help!
